Q. Does Try provide me with any help and training before I go live?

A. All new members of the Network receive a comprehensive range of training before joining and being able to advise. Everybody will attend a 3-day induction programme which will include training on our CRM system and processes, delivered by our dedicated Recruitment and Training Manager with support from the rest of the team. All members have annual online tests to complete as well.

Crucially at Try, we will also help you with support in setting up your business, helping you with your business plans, cashflow planning and marketing support whether you are new to becoming an AR or are an existing AR.

We will even help plan your exit strategy from your current position to going live with us so that any change is as seamless as possible.

Q. I presume that Try will provide ongoing training and events as well

A. Absolutely yes, we provide ongoing support with regard to all our processes especially when something new is introduced and we do this in a way that is easy to understand and is supported with visual, plain English guides and web-based support if required.

Our third-party product and service partner providers, whether they be lenders, protection providers, and technology suppliers work with us to provide regular webinar based training for all. This adds value to your business and of course invaluable CPD support.

Also, in hand with our partners at Paradigm Mortgage Club and Mortgage Brain, our members have access to their national programme of support events up and down the country.

We also look to run our own events for all members during the year, too, so that our members and partners can meet up, share ideas, learn about new developments and opportunities.

We do appreciate that our members will have different requirements and training needs from time to time and we will happily develop support programmes accordingly.
