A. All of our network partners are provided with and receive extensive training on our chosen CRM system supplied by One Mortgage System (OMS). The software is web-based and can be used equally as well for clients who are located remotely or face to face. Customers can, if they choose, complete the factfind remotely. The CRM integrates with our preferred mortgage sourcing partners Sourcing Brain (Including Criteria and Affordability Brain as standard) and our protection sourcing partners Underwrite Me and IPipelines Solution Builder.
All research, illustrations, documents and key advisory documents are created within the CRM and stored automatically within the client file.
The system allows full communication with clients again within the CRM and records of those communications are saved on the client file automatically.
Key documents including Terms of Business, IDD’s, Data Protection statements and suitability reports are produced in the system for you.
Clients can acknowledge documents electronically, send documents securely and even provide access to their credit reports which can prepopulate your factfind if they give their permission.
